You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

We reserve the right to terminate access to the website for any user found to be in violation of these terms.

3. Products & Availability

Baghive is a physical multi-brand luggage and bag showroom. All products listed or described on this website are subject to availability at our South Tukoganj, Indore showroom. Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

We make every effort to ensure information is accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website is free of errors regarding pricing, availability, or product descriptions. We reserve the right to correct any errors without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We do not sell products online - all purchases are made in-person at our showroom.

Payment is accepted via cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and other methods as available at the time of purchase. All transactions are final at the point of sale.

5. Warranty & Manufacturer Support

All products sold at Baghive come with the official manufacturer warranty as applicable to each brand and product. We are an authorised dealer for all brands we stock.

• Warranty periods and coverage vary by brand and product category
• Warranties cover manufacturing defects - not damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
• In case of a warranty claim, customers must provide the original purchase receipt
• Warranty claims are processed through the respective brand's service centres

We will assist you in initiating warranty claims where possible. Please WhatsApp us or visit our showroom for warranty support.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

• Exchange: Eligible within 7 days of purchase, for products that are unused, with original packaging and receipt.
• Defective Products: If your product has a manufacturing defect, we will facilitate a replacement or warranty claim through the brand's authorised process.
• No Returns: We currently do not offer cash refunds. All sales are final unless the product is defective.

7. Intellectual Property

Brand names, logos, and trademarks of the brands we sell (Safari, VIP, American Tourister, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baghive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
